Delete your account

You can delete a Zayac account yourself in the app. Email is only needed if you cannot sign in.

How to delete your account

Open the Zayac app.
Go to Settings.
Choose Delete account.
Confirm.

After confirmation the account and related data are deleted and cannot be restored.

What is deleted

Your profile, display name, Apple/Google sign-in binding in the Zayac service, game history, and account service data we store for play. Deleting your Google or Apple account itself is a separate action in those systems, not in Zayac.

If you cannot open the app

Write to [email protected] from the address linked to the account and briefly ask to delete the Zayac account. Do not send passwords or invite tokens.
