Who is responsible

The app is published by DigitalTouch. Website: https://www.digitaltouch.pro/. For data questions write to [email protected].

What the app processes

• sign-in data from Google or Apple: name, email, avatar, provider identifier — if the provider supplies them;
• display name and selected language in the app;
• current game state, votes, and scores;
• technical data needed to run the service: app version, session identifiers, error data.

We do not collect location, phone-book contacts, or the contents of personal files on the device.

Apple and Google sign-in

There is no separate email registration. Authentication uses Sign in with Apple or Google. Session tokens are stored in the device’s secure storage. We only receive profile fields the provider actually returns.

Profile and game history

A display name lets other players see you in the lobby. Game state, votes, and scores are needed to run a round and show results. History of finished games may be stored with the account for as long as the account exists.

Themes, words, and AI

Word sets come from a library prepared with AI, or are created when a given game has used up available sets. The server may receive the room language and generation parameters. Player messages are not sent into generation: there is no in-app chat.

Why we use data

• sign-in and session support;
• creating rooms, joining, and syncing a round;
• showing profile, scores, and results;
• service stability and abuse prevention.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers (hosting, database, authentication) required to run the service, or where the law requires it.

Retention

Data is stored on service servers while the account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion unless the law requires otherwise. The exact calendar retention period follows DigitalTouch operations policy and will be stated here once confirmed separately.

Age limits

The app is intended for adults and teens who can use a smartphone on their own. If a store or local law requires a specific age rating, follow the App Store / Google Play listing. Younger children should play only with a parent or guardian.

Your rights and account deletion

You can change your display name in the app, stop using the service, and delete your account: Settings → Delete account. After deletion, data cannot be restored. Other processing requests: [email protected].

Cookies on this site

The official zayac.app site is static. It does not set marketing cookies and does not load analytics. Remembering a language choice in the browser may use localStorage only and is not required to read pages.

Policy changes

The current version is always on this page and in the app. Continuing to use Zayac after an update means you accept the revised version.
